The artwork on the nine Heroes insert cards (#37-45) was painted by sports artist Vernon Wells Jr.

Both players signed in blue Sharpie. Both signatures must be present; single-signed copies are known to exist and are worth significantly less.

The set was seeded into 1992 Upper Deck High Series packs at roughly one per 150 boxes.
