The unsigned 10-card Heroes insert set (HH10-HH18) was seeded into 1992-93 Upper Deck Low Series packs. The autographed card was sold separately by UDA and was never in packs.
Gretzky signed in blue ink. No inscription pattern has been documented for this set.
