The artwork for this set was created by Steve Cusano - the only set in the entire 12-set Heroes program NOT illustrated by Vernon Wells Jr.

This was the first pack-inserted autograph card ever produced in hockey, seeded into 1991-92 Upper Deck Low Series packs.

Hull signed all 2,500 copies in blue Sharpie. His signature was generally bold and consistent.
