Unlike most Heroes sets, this card was NOT pack-pulled. Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA) sold it as a factory-assembled framed and boxed retail product with a matching serial-numbered COA.

The print run is 2,800 copies, confirmed by an auction record showing serial number 144/2800 with UDA cert AAD20174.

The unsigned 10-card Heroes insert set (#28-36) was seeded into 1992 Upper Deck Series 2 (High Series) packs. The autographed card was sold separately by UDA and was never in packs.
