Williams signed all 2,500 copies in blue ink. PSA/DNA authentication is strongly recommended given the card's significant value.

At roughly 1 in 10-20 cases, the Williams card is the hardest pack pull in the entire Heroes program. It is substantially rarer than the Reggie, Nolan, and Hank cards.

This was one of Williams' final major signing projects before declining health limited his public appearances in his later years.
