Williams signed all 2,500 copies in blue ink. PSA/DNA authentication is strongly recommended given the card's significant value.
At roughly 1 in 10-20 cases, the Williams card is the hardest pack pull in the entire Heroes program. It is substantially rarer than the Reggie, Nolan, and Hank cards.
